• A group contract is mandatory and must be signed/deposited within 5-days of receiving the contract.

• Rates quoted are per person, per night. Children age 0-4 are FREE when sharing a room with an adult.
• For the purpose of this special rate/promotion, a group is considered five {5} rooms or more, regardless if the rooms are single, double or triple.
• It is not required to have five {5} rooms in the same room category in order to receive the added value amenities.
• Minimum group stay required is three {3} nights per room/reservation.

• Only one {1} Love At First Site Package per wedding
• Maximum stay of 3-nights - additional nights can be reserved at the best available rate at time of booking.
• A credit will be applied towards the bride/groom's final payment on the wedding package selected. This credit will be equal to the cost of the site inspection package and limited to the value of the first 3-nights of their stay.
• In order for the credit to be valid, clients must reserve a wedding at the same hotel as which they stayed for their site inspection package.
